Dreamtide (“we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by Leonenko Group, LLC, is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our app and website (the “Service”).

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email, and a securely hashed password, or your name and email if you sign in with Apple or Google.
• Usage: which stories and soundscapes you play, sleep timers, streaks, and saved mixes, used to personalize the Service.
• Children’s profiles: if you create a child profile, the first name and age you provide, used only to personalize their stories. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children.
• Device & diagnostics: basic device and crash data to keep the app reliable.

How we use it

To provide and personalize the Service, process subscriptions, send the notifications you opt into, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain limited records to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Device and diagnostic data used to keep the app reliable is retained for up to 24 months and then deleted or aggregated so it no longer identifies you. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see Your choices below).

Your choices

• Deletion: delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings, or by emailing us. See Delete Your Account. Deletion completes within 30 days.
• Notifications: opt out anytime in device or in-app settings.
