Subscriptions & billing

• Introductory offers: A 7-day introductory offer may be available to eligible new subscribers; the offer shown in your app store before purchase controls. Review the duration, price, and billing terms shown by Apple or Google before confirming.
• Manage or cancel: subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Manage or cancel anytime from your device — Settings → your name → Subscriptions (iOS), or the Play Store → Subscriptions (Android).
• Restore purchases: reinstalled the app or switched devices? Open the paywall and tap Restore to bring your subscription back.
• Refunds: refunds are handled by Apple or Google. Request one through your App Store or Play Store purchase history.

Your account

• Sign-in trouble: use the same method (email, Apple, or Google) you signed up with. Email us if you are locked out.
• Delete your account: you can delete your account and all associated data anytime. See Delete Your Account. Deletion completes within 30 days.

Playback & the app

• Sound will not play: check your volume and connection, then fully close and reopen the app. Most content streams, so a stable connection helps.
